We do our best to ensure that all gadgets purchased from us are authentic, of good quality and in good condition. We also strive to always get your orders right. In the unfortunate event that something goes wrong with your order, you may return any gadget purchased from us for any of the following reasons:

  • - The item is defective
  • - The wrong item was delivered to you

Where the item is defective, you have the choice of either requesting an exchange or a refund.

Where the wrong item was delivered, you must not have opened the gadget and may only request an exchange. All requests for returns must be made within 24 hours of receiving the item.
